Description of Significance BUILT IN 1931, THE BROADWAY TOWER IS A BEAUTIFUL MULTI-STORIED BRICK EXAMPLE OF ART DECO ARCHITECTURE. IT IS THE MOST SIGNIFICANT COMMERCIAL BUILDING IN ENID CONSTRUCTED DURING THE LATE TWENTIES THROUGH THE EARLY THIRTIES WHEN ENID EXPERIENCED EXTRAORDINARY GROWTH.
