Description of Significance BUILT IN 1931, THE BROADWAY TOWER IS A BEAUTIFUL MULTI-STORIED BRICK EXAMPLE OF ART DECO ARCHITECTURE. IT IS THE MOST SIGNIFICANT COMMERCIAL BUILDING IN ENID CONSTRUCTED DURING THE LATE TWENTIES THROUGH THE EARLY THIRTIES WHEN ENID EXPERIENCED EXTRAORDINARY GROWTH. LISTED IN NATIONAL REGISTER 11/14/85.
