IT IS THE MOST SIGNIFICANT COMMERCIAL BUILDING IN ENID CONSTRUCTED DURING THE LATE TWENTIES THROUGH THE EARLY THIRTIES WHEN ENID EXPERIENCED EXTRAORDINARY GROWTH.
